At Street Organ, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Streetorgan@outlook.fr with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Sale or promotional items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
